Internship
Most students at JIBS can do an internship - a qualified work placement for credits - as part of their study program.
Some of the master level programmes at JIBS include a compulsory internship. In other programmes, an internship (in Sweden or abroad) can be selected instead of exchange studies.
Usually, students interested in taking an internship course (for credit) identify and approach a suitable company or organisation themselves. To guarantee the quality of the internship and ensure that students get registered for the course and can submit the required examinations, each student must obtain the internship assignment pre-approved by the Examiner. Students who find it challenging to identify an internship placement can get support from JIBS staff or the Jönköping University Career Centre.
