Current research projects:

AI Adoption: Real-world application of data-driven and intelligent systems (AI) is increasing in the private and public sector as well as in society at large. Many organizations transform as a consequence of increased AI implementation. The consequences of such transformations may include new recruitment plans, procurement of additional IT, changes in existing positions and roles, new business models, as well as new policies and regulations. However, it is unclear how this transformation varies across different types of organizations.

AI-driven Biodiversity Promotion: This project explores the application of AI to promote biodiversity within urban and green spaces. The initiative aims to establish research collaborations with leading institutions such as Husqvarna, Haifa University, and LEMNISCATE to develop smart systems that monitor and enhance biodiversity in gardens and common green areas. The project is funded by Vinnova, focusing on sustainability and environmental health.

On going projects :

Sustainable Health & Digital Transformation: In collaboration with international partners, this research investigates the intersection of digital transformation and healthcare accessibility. The project seeks to innovate within the health sector through AI technologies, ensuring sustainability and inclusivity for all. A planning grant has been submitted to Vinnova to explore the viability and potential of this collaboration.

EU LIFE Project: The EU LIFE project is an ongoing initiative aimed at driving sustainability and innovation across industries through AI and digital technologies. This project will focus on leveraging AI to foster environmental resilience and operational efficiency in public and private sectors.
