AACSB
We are AACSB accredited
AACSB accreditation implies that the school goes through a comprehensive institutional assessment procedure with an interval of five years. The accreditation is based on nine standards that the school is expected to meet, focused on the school's strategic management, quality of education and impact through research and societal engagement. The school must verify its relevance through a systematic focus on:
- Innovation
- Impact
- Engagement
The fundamental purpose of AACSB accreditation is to encourage business schools to hold themselves accountable and establish ways of working that ensure an impact on the continuous improvement of business practice.
To maintain the accreditation, the school must document continuous improvement efforts in line with the defined areas for improvement and the school's stated mission and strategic management plan.
JIBS was granted initial AACSB accreditation in December 2015 and renewed accreditation in January 2021.
AACSB is governed by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. The accreditation is highly regarded by academics as well as global corporations.
