Cirkulära försörjningskedjor för metall 5 hp

The course is aimed at purchasers, supply chain managers or decision makers with responsibility over acquiring materials that want to increase their competence regarding how to contribute to their company’s circularity in a sustainable way. Participants will be trained in efficient cross-functional and inter-organizational communication, a prerequisite for “business not as usual”. The participants will also be provided with basic knowledge of metallurgy to be able to compare the sustainability impact between different materials (metals/alloys) and different suppliers. Throughout the course, emphasis will be placed on discussing how the purchasing function can contribute to a sustainable and circular business model as well as competitive products.

Förkunskapskrav

Academic degree of at least 180 ECTS within Engineering and/or Business Administration **OR** Passed courses of at least 40 ECTS in the main field of study within Engineering and/or Business Administration and at least 1 year of work experience in the field of Purchasing/ Logistics/ Supply chain management **OR** At least 4 years of work experience in the field of Purchasing/Logistics/Supply chain management **AND** Equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6.
