Roy has 25 years of experience in teaching and training in engineering and management for post graduate and executive levels in Sweden, Thailand and Russia. Since 2002, he has had lecture and speaker for different conferences in many countries.  Roy has tough many manager and project leader, for example in the following companies, Volvo, Ericsson AB, Philip Morris etc. He has customize a 10 days LeanSixSigma Green-Belt training as well as a 20 days Black-Belt. Just now he is also Guest Professor in Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. The purpose of his research is about the use of a combined quality management philosophy such as TQM. Lean and Six Sigma in logistics processes for organization, in order to improve supply/demand chain resilience.

 

Resilience: According to Sheffi (2007) resilience measures the ability and speed at which the company can return to their normal performance level (production, services, fill rate, etc.) following a disruption.
