The official ceremony during which doctoral student Hanna Almlöf literally nails her doctoral thesis to the wall, takes place on Monday 11 August at 1.15 p.m. on the 2nd floor in the entrance hall at JIBS. Welcome to attend the ceremony!

This is an old ceremony that means that the thesis is official and no changes may be made. The thesis will be the 99th doctoral thesis at JIBS since the doctoral programme started in 1995.

Hanna Almlöf, who is a doctoral student of law, will defend her doctoral thesis on Friday 29 August.  The thesis is entitled "Bolagsorganens reglering och dess ändamålsenlighet – En aktiebolagsrättslig studie om ägarledda bolag."
