Family leaders are protagonists in supporting entrepreneurship in family businesses and business families. The central theme of 14th EIASM Family Firm Management Research Workshop is ‘Entrepreneurial Families across Generations’, but we welcome research papers and case studies with a focus on broad range of thematic topics addressing the principles and practices of entrepreneurialism, not restricted to:
- Entrepreneurial family firms across stages of development and generations
- Entrepreneurial cooperation between and within families in business
- Family leadership and sustainable entrepreneurship
- Family values and family business entrepreneurship
- Financing family entrepreneurship
- Socio-emotional dimensions of family entrepreneurship across generations

- Policy and support mechanisms at macro and enterprise level.
