Enduring Effects of Relational Attributes on Subsidiary Evolution After Mandate Loss

New article in the SMS affiliated Global Strategy Journal by CeFEO member Edward Gilmore and his coauthors Ulf Andersson (MDH and BI Norwegian Business School) and Peter Ekman (MDH).

CeFEO member Edward Gilmore together with his coauthors has published a paper in the SMS affiliated Global Strategy Journal entitled "Enduring Effects of Relational Attributes on Subsidiary Evolution After Mandate Loss".

The article explores the effects of relational attributes on organizational units after they have been depleted of functional responsibilities such as R&D. The findings of their study provide Swedish headquarter and foreign subsidiary managers with perspectives of how to best configure value chain activities and the leverageable relationships for survival in these configurations.
