    Johannes Hagen, Assistant Professor in Economics at Jönköping International Business School, Jönköping University, is the co-author of a report for the Swedish Fiscal Policy Council on pensioners' income in Sweden from 1991- to 2019. One of the conclusions drawn in the report is that retirees' finances have never been better.
  • New thesis explores challenge of increased demands for customization


    Nikolas Käkelä, new PhD at the School of Engineering, Jönköping University, defended his thesis “A Solution Space Perspective on Customization” on 6 May. In it he argues that when it comes to customization, industries should manage complexity rather than try to eliminate it.
  • Three-day conference on participation, communication, and equity


    On April 27-29, the large research conference GoPar2022 took place digitally via Zoom with the School of Education and Communication at Jönköping University (JU), as host. The conference gathered about 170 participants from around the world and for three days discussed issues of participation, communication, and equity in contemporary societies.
