Jiyoung Kim is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Business Administration at Jönköping International Business School. Her doctoral thesis focused on testing and developing the External Enabler (EE) Framework. Using different types of experimental approaches, she investigates how the characteristics of EEs and enabling mechanisms affect entrepreneurial responses (e.g., perceived entrepreneurial potential and intention to start a family new venture).
